Booking & Cancellation Policies

Booking Policy

Once your booking request has been received and availability is confirmed, 50% of the total booking amount must be paid as an advance to secure the reservation.
Advance payments can be made through bank transfer or Google Pay.
Once the advance payment has been credited to our account, a final confirmation email will be sent and the booking will be considered confirmed and secured.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made more than 7 days before the arrival date, the advance payment will be refunded in full within 7 working days.
For cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date, the advance payment will be non-refundable.
No-show bookings are non-refundable.
